  1. I just tried this workout for something different, and oh my gosh I was sweating so bad by the end of it and breathing heavily! Plus it's over 70 degrees outside, and our basement gets so hot even with air conditioning lol! I have to say I enjoyed this workout, and I feel good! #Workoutcomplete ?

  2. found your page in december and love it! i'm 47 and have been working out steadily since i was 18. i love to train doing outdoor things (surfing, hiking, walking, jogging) and yoga, but as i age i find it's harder for my pear shape to burn fat and keep muscle. this is a good cross training option for me, though i have to modify things sometimes for less impact and intensity. thanks for the great videos!

Dear Kelly thanks a lot for this workout video….this was the first cardio exercise I did in my life….kind of hard for me 2 years ago….now I do it without any problem….i love everything about fitness blender & u also….i am a great fan of urs & fitness blender….i love ur voice & the way u guide us in video….please avoid male person voice that u provide in many videos because I personally feel like some teacher aggressively asking to do it….love u.
