I'm not much of a fan of a Pilates work out (especially if back bows are involved, I hate back bows) but after an ITB issue due to running, my physio recommended I did leg lifts, clams and bridges so this work out is EXCELLENT for runners and it's definitely going to be on my weekly exercise list going forward. I may even get some light ankle weights to up the challenge a bit. Thanks guys.

  2. I think this is one of the most "kellish" or "kellitic" workouts. I love workouts which Kelli adds her own moves rather than traditional ones. Practising new kind of exercises keeps my motivation and satisfaction at high levels even after completed maybe hundreds of workouts of this marvelous channel.

I'm not too sure where to say this so i'm going to say it here, I weighed 107KG, now i'm with 77Kg (1m86). since i started this journey with Kelli and Daniel, i'm really thankful to both of you, you are a source of motivation and inspiration, i think i wouldn't be capable of loosing this much weight by myself. So just for that, Thank You 🙂

    It's was Damn Hard, i almost passed out multiple times the 1st two weeks LOL, but it was worth it. To the people who want to loose weight, don't overwork your body, do HIIT 3 time a week MAX, you can also go for a run if you want to, but most importantly, eat healthy, drink lot water, if you can't do a Video in one time, it's ok, do what you can, next day or so try again, don't give up, if you read this is because you whant to change. Keep up the hard work 🙂

  5. Hi, I was wondering, will fitness blender workouts make my thighs and butt bigger? Usually the cardio and strength videos have many squats/lunges and I really want them to become slimmer, not bigger or more muscular looking..
