Hardest day of them all! Doing the low impact version but sounding and feeling like I'm doing the harder version.
this is really random as i have already done this workout about a hundred times, but today i am especially thankful for its existence – and yours, kelli and daniel!
i had my mind stuck on something that was really pulling me down and after being finished with this sweet beast i did not only break a good sweat but also felt so much better and more positive! thank you for everything you two do for us – it's more than 'just' about 500+ free workouts! <3
