London mixologist Missy Flynn brings us her take on a shandy, the classic lemonade and beer drink she remembers from childhood holidays to Skegness.
In Missy’s shandy, lemonade gets swapped out for dandelion and burdock (a fermented soft drink similar to root beer) and mixed with Old Blue Last Beer. Add plenty of ice and garnish with edible flowers for instant seaside pub vibes, even in the depths of winter.
