  1. The workout is pretty effective… I hve bn dng this the past few weeks now.. I hav been trying to reduce my post delivery weight.. I started wth 75kg and now iam 69.3 kg.. My trget is 55 kg.. The first few times i was hardly able to do 10min.. But now iam able to do the entire workout (i do take longer breaks sometimes 😉 ) The satisfaction that i get every time i complete the workout is tremendous … If you eat clean (no junks as much as possible and plenty of water)and follow this exercise daily I swear you will def loose the extra pounds 🙂

    I started this workout today. I started sweating like pig in just 4 minutes ?.. I could only do 17 minutes. after that I felt nauseous so I stopped FOR TODAY. but I'll continue from tomo & ll make sure I finish the whole exercise. I feel great though. Thanks for the great workout .

    I'm 64 kgs & 5 ft 2 inches btw

  3. i am 340 pounds and unproud not happy, trust me i did this everyday for 3 months everyday i did this i stopped pausing it every 25 seconds to not stopping the video, i lost 73 pounds on my journey so for everyone who struggles too even put up a few minutes know that the big man i was could do it without stopping keep pushing

  4. I hav doubt after doing dis will be more hunger i eat more that is idly and sleeping also come what to do its good to eat food that is any food r healthy food can we sleep in after doing exercise

    Step 1 workouts
    Step 2 eating heavily is correct r helthy food is correct r less food
    Step 3 after step 2 sleeping is good r bad

  5. I'm gonna start this tomorrow, I weight 120 pounds (55 kg) and I'm 5'6 (163 cms)
    My weight goal is 105 pounds (48 kg)
    I'm gonna update every day
    Actually I'm so motivated but I know I will die before the end of the workout 🙁
